Following a community-led campaign supported and promoted by Dulwich & West Norwood Conservatives it has been announced that the GP Surgery on Rosendale Road will be saved.
Earlier this year funding for the replacement surgery appeared to have fallen through raising concerns that the community could lose its surgery without a replacement so a petition was launched to save the surgery.
It has this week been confirmed that the Rosendale Road Surgery will move to the Old Dairy Site as planned.
Lewis Robinson, the former Conservative Councillor for College ward, who worked tirelessly on the campaign welcomed the announced saying “I’m delighted that local residents will not lose their surgery and that the Old Diary Site has now been secured”.
